I pass that multiple times a day too. I love that you took a pic. The free dirt has been there for a couple months now .... it's time for the guy to get it off his driveway himself. Get a clue... no one wants your clean dirt.
Ironically, we are in desperate need of "clean dirt" to finish our big yard project that started last April. I wish I lived closer... I would gladly take that dirt off his hands!
